About Vorobiev House
Vorobiev House is an architectural landmark located on the slopes of the Dnieper River, not far from the center of Cherkasy. Built in 1879 on the order of the townsman P. P. Vorobiev, this building is a vivid example of bourgeois architecture from the late 19th century. For a long time, the building housed Boarding School No. 16.
Later, after restoration, the Cherkasy Regional Center for Scientific and Technical Creativity of Student Youth began operating here. Vorobiev House is an important part of Cherkasy’s architectural heritage, reflecting the city’s historical development and cultural legacy.
