Regional Council Square is a cozy green space located in the very heart of Cherkasy, right behind the iconic building of the Cherkasy Regional State Administration. Spanning 0.6 hectares, the square features well-maintained paths, benches, and lush landscaping, offering a peaceful retreat in the city center.

A key attraction of the square is the city’s only musical fountain, which comes to life during the warmer months. It serves as a stage for live performances as part of the city’s „White Grand Piano“ art project, featuring instrumental and sacred music that creates a unique cultural atmosphere.
