The Tyverovskykh House is a three-story brick building constructed in 1912 on the order of the Tyverovskyi family. Located at 225 Khreshchatyk Street in the central part of Cherkasy, the building is designed in the Art Nouveau style with elements of Baroque, asymmetrical in plan, featuring protruding risalits and decorative elements that give it a unique appearance. Before the revolution, the first floor housed a pharmacy, a store, and a casino, while the second floor accommodated the city commercial bank.

The facade is adorned with a decorative tag descending over the third-floor windows, reminiscent of Ukrainian embroidery. After the revolution, the building changed its purpose but retained its architectural value and remains an important part of Cherkasy’s historical heritage.
