About the Lysianskyi Historical Museum Named After T. H. Shevchenko

The museum’s exhibition highlights the history of the region, the life and work of prominent figures, involvement in nationwide events, economic and political achievements, and events of World War II. An ethnographic hall displays household items, clothing, and tools from the 19th century.

The museum also houses a numismatic collection and a collection of minerals. Separate exhibition halls are dedicated to events in Eastern Ukraine (since 2014) and the Russo-Ukrainian war (since 2022), as well as works by local artisans.
