The „Heart of Ukraine“ art installation is designed as a circle with 25 pairs of snow-white steel wings, symbolizing Ukraine’s 24 regions and Crimea. Each wing is adorned with a unique traditional ornament. At the center of the complex, beneath glass, lies a heart sculpture, accompanied by a 52-meter-high flagpole flying the largest Ukrainian flag in the Cherkasy region, measuring 9×13 meters.

Covering an area of nearly 5,000 square meters and standing over 5 meters tall, the installation is designed for accessibility, featuring ramps, tactile navigation, an audio guide, and accommodations for individuals with hearing impairments. The entire structure is crafted from 66 tons of Ukrainian metal sourced from Azovstal.
