Zhashkiv Equestrian Sports Complex (Parade Allure) is one of the most successful modern stud farms in Ukraine. It was founded in 1999 and has operated as a large sports and recreational space since 2010. The complex covers approximately 317 hectares and includes modern stables, pastures, riding arenas, hayfields, a veterinary station, and equine hospitals. The complex is home to around 300 sport horses, including elite Western European breeds, particularly Westphalian stallions and mares. It specializes in horse breeding, training, and competitions and regularly hosts events at national and European levels.

Horses at the complex receive high-quality care. During the summer season, they are provided with showers and grooming, while in winter they use a treadmill and solarium. There is also a nursery for foals up to three years old. The territory also features a hotel, restaurants, bowling, a swimming pool, and a SPA center, all of which are part of the „AquaDar“ leisure club. Additional facilities include a children’s playroom, bars, fishing lakes, and spacious areas for family recreation. Guided tours are sometimes offered, allowing visitors to pet the horses and observe the training process.
