The Sovyn Yar Architectural and Landscape Ethnographic Complex was opened in 2024 in the village of Vodyanyky, Zvenyhorodskyi district. It functions as a modern cultural and tourist attraction and a space for recreation, inspiration, and inner balance. The complex is designed not only as an open-air museum or park but as a place focused on history, nature, and family values. The territory combines reconstructed historical sites, artistic installations, natural landscapes, and secluded relaxation areas. More than 45 objects located within the complex present the history, traditions, legends, and notable figures of the region. The central area is Catherine Park – a symbolic green space dedicated to love and memory, featuring the „Arch of Eternity“, the „Tower of Lovers“, the „Guardian Angel“, and sculptures inspired by Ukrainian mythology.

Among the key attractions are a reconstructed 18th-century Cossack church, a school with a bell tower, a mill complex, a Carpathian swing, Cossack crosses, the „Scythian Amulet“ bridge, and the sculptural composition „Seven Saints“. Visitors can enjoy photo locations, walking routes through park and forest areas, boating and pedal boating, attractions, fishing, a bathhouse, relaxation zones, and retreat programs. Guided tours of the complex are regularly held, as well as organized excursions to well-known tourist destinations of the Cherkasy region.
