
About the Botanical Garden
The Botanical Garden in Cherkasy is the only one of its kind in the region and holds the status of a nationally protected natural site. Covering 4.57 hectares, it offers a peaceful escape into nature, a chance to see rare plants, and stunning panoramic views of the city from its hilltops.
The garden’s collection includes over 170 types of trees, 180 species of herbaceous plants, and about 120 taxa of tropical and subtropical flora. Visitors will also find ponds with fish, flowerbeds, and shaded paths for walking.
