The village of Synytsia, known since the 17th century, is located 12 km from Uman and 27 km from Khrystynivka. The park is part of the Korf family’s estate and covers an area of 42.3 hectares. The park’s compositions feature many rare trees, such as pyramidal oak, tulip tree, plane trees, larch, Crimean pine, and others. Within the park, there is a pond with four islands, one of which is accessible via a recently reconstructed metal bridge by local residents. The pond’s banks are connected by a nine-arched brick bridge.

The park is divided into two parts by the pond; one part is densely planted with fir trees, creating a unique view from the palace windows and alleys. Currently, remnants of the palace’s foundation, destroyed during the Civil War and Soviet era, part of the park’s brick fence, and some islands remain. The brick bridge connecting the two banks of the park and the metal bridge to the island have also been preserved.
